-Crew Leadership & Operations: Supervise, train, and coach maintenance laborers; assign tasks, solve job site issues, and monitor productivity, safety, and site cleanliness.-Customer & Property Relations: Act as the primary on-site contact for residents, property managers, and clients, delivering a professional experience and reporting concerns to management.-Hands-on Landscape Maintenance: Work alongside the crew to perform maintenance and installation tasks, including planting, sod, mulch, and operating equipment safely.-Safety & Compliance: Enforce company PPE and safety policies, maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA standards, conduct daily safety awareness, and inspect tools and equipment for safe operation.

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.-Property Management Experience: Prior background working directly with HOA communities, apartment complexes, or commercial properties.-Technical Knowledge: Specialized knowledge of irrigation systems, local plant material, and landscape best practices.
Industry Experience & Leadership: Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance/groundskeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or crew lead role.-On-Site Crew Management: Strong coaching, problem-solving, and task-delegation abilities in a fast-paced environment.-Equipment & Technical Aptitude: Safe operation of landscape tools/machinery and basic tech proficiency (using a smartphone for scheduling, reporting, and communication).-Communication & Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing crew dynamics and serving as the direct point of contact for property managers and residents.-Licensing & Physical Capabilities: Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, and the stamina to perform heavy manual labor (lifting up to 100 lbs, standing, stooping, navigating uneven terrain) outdoors in severe weather conditions.
