Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to complete daily routes safely and efficiently.
General Landscaping: Perform comprehensive grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, weed control, turf care, and seasonal clean-ups.
Precision Hedging & Pruning: Execute expert hedging, trimming, and shaping of various bushes, shrubs, and small trees to maintain property aesthetics.
Irrigation Management: Monitor, adjust, and perform troubleshooting and repairs on irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate, transport, and maintain commercial landscaping machinery (e.g., zero-turn mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws).
Quality Control: Conduct site walk-throughs to ensure all work meets strict quality standards and customer expectations before departing.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly adhered to by all crew members at all times.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely navigate a company truck with a trailer attached.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is beneficial.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of proper pruning techniques, lawn care, and irrigation system troubleshooting.
Plant Identification: Working knowledge of local plant identification and specific care requirements is highly desired and considered a strong plus.
