Receives request from customers to provide technical assistance with a sign build via telephone and email.

Collects appropriate data and information from pictures, pdf documents and any other resources provided by the customer that is needed to design a layout for the lighting placement in the customer's layout.
Answers questions from customers via email or phone calls.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
