This role is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers by collecting information needed to prepare and layout the design for the best LED placement for building an electrical lighted sign.

Receives requests from customers to provide technical assistance with a sign build via telephone and email.

Collects the appropriate data and information from pictures, pdf documents, and any other resources provided by the customer to design a layout for the lighting placement in the customer's sign.
Prepares the layout design of the lighting placement for the sign by using LED Wizard and Adobe Illustrator.
Provide assistance and support to customers to resolve any sign electrical issues by asking specific questions and collecting data.
Answers questions from customers via email or phone calls.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must be able to read, write, and use basic math skills.
Must be able to learn and become proficient with LED Wizard software

Ability to request, read, and analyze data required to complete the sign project.
Verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
Must be able to plan and manage projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator software skills
General computer skills such as Microsoft products and Outlook.
Must be able to communicate with customers via phone and email providing friendly and courteous service.
