Annual Salary: $63,000 – $93,000 (Based on experience and certifications).

Key Responsibilities
As the Lead Mechanic, you will be the backbone of our fleet’s uptime, handling both shop-based maintenance and occasional field service.
Expert Diagnostics: Identify and repair malfunctions in light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment (dump trucks, skid loaders, lifts, and trailers).
System Repairs: Perform advanced repairs on electrical, hydraulic, suspension, and air brake systems.
Fleet Management: Maintain meticulous vehicle service records and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
Shop Leadership: Maintain a clean, professional, and organized shop environment and service truck.
Field Response: Provide expert roadside assistance for emergency breakdowns as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven expertise in diesel engine components, heavy equipment repair, and hydraulic systems.
Licensing: Must possess a valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
Certification: DOT Certification is required (or a willingness to obtain it immediately upon hire).
Diagnostic Skills: Advanced troubleshooting ability to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Reliability: A dedicated professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and shop safety.
