Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Agent, you will work under the direction of the Community Manager to handle day-to-day marketing, leasing, and administrative operations. You will manage incoming inquiries, conduct engaging property tours, and accurately guide future residents through the application and onboarding process. Additionally, you will play a key role in building a warm, welcoming community environment through outstanding resident service and exciting community activities.
Engaging Prospect Outreach: Answer incoming calls using approved scripts, manage phone data entry, perform daily follow-ups with prospective residents, and maintain local marketing outreach.
Seamless Onboarding Processing: Collect application fees and security deposits, accurately complete all leasing documentation, and guide applicants through the background screening process.
Dynamic Property Showings: Review daily property availability and rental rates, perform regular marketing path inspections, and lead energetic tours highlighting neighborhood amenities and community features.
Outstanding Community Support: Provide polite and efficient assistance to handle resident requests or complaints, and help organize fun community events, resident parties, and local newsletters.
Property Presentation Care: Keep essential file systems organized and safely maintained, while helping ensure main property signage and models look fresh and inviting daily.

Skills:
Industry Familiarity: Previous on-site residential property management or leasing experience is a plus, but not required.
Local Insight: Familiarity with apartment locator networks or neighborhood marketing avenues in the Naples area.

Proven Track Record: Established sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting goals.
Academic Foundation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
