Will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners that represents approximately 350-400 doors in the CSRA - a multitude of homes, duplexes, multi-family units, etc. In short, will be facilitating daily operations with property managers and across internal teams to ensure the owner initiatives are on task and completedMission:To focus on proactive improvements in processes, procedures, and policies that maximize profitability for the company and its owners/clients.Responsibilities:Functional Accountabilities:1. Oversee and manage communication/updates to owners during lease-up process:- Manage Rently feedback/questionnaires for suggestions and concerns.- Provide owner Rently feedback on property listing(s).- Notify owners when property is rented.2. Oversee and manage communication/updates to owners during and post-occupancy:- Notify owner of other resident issues (early termination, etc.).- Notify owner of general property updates.- Notify owner of collection updates (delinquent accounts, eviction filings, set out dates, etc.)- Notify owner of resident renewal and rental rate.- Notify owner of any resident Notice to Vacate.- Notify owner of changes/updates to Section 8 policies.3. Oversee and execute management agreements, and new owner on-boarding:- Follow up and track new owner inquiries.- Meet new owners at properties.- Discuss new owner investment objectives/new owner profile document.- Generate owner management agreement renewals.- Generate new properties in AppFolio.- Termination of owner.4. Oversee and manage owner reports and industry information:- Review monthly owner statements.- Be proactive in reducing and/or addressing potential owner concerns.- Work with Asset Management to analyze performance of properties.- Perform and discuss periodic portfolio reviews and property performance.- Send owner industry articles and market information.- Create and modify policies and procedures.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The ideal candidate will excel at building trust and relationships, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and results-driven!Education:AssociateExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:5+ years related lrelationahip management and leadership experience, real estate background desired but not required.
