Responsibilities:
Keep it Pretty: Conduct daily inspections to ensure everything from the common areas to the curb appeal meets our high standards.
The People Person: Manage resident relations with a smile, handling disputes and conflicts like a seasoned diplomat.
Money Matters: Take charge of rent collection, review revenue, and process invoices with eagle-eyed accuracy.
Paperwork Pro: Maintain organized records in Yardi, ensuring every lease and work order is exactly where it should be.
Legal Eagle: Represent the property in legal proceedings and ensure every leasing decision follows the letter of the law.
Marketing Guru: Implement advertising plans and resident retention programs that make people want to move in and never leave.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
A "can-do" attitude that can adapt to changing business needs on the fly.
Expert-level relationship building with everyone from residents to regional managers.
The ability to conduct market surveys and make recommendations that hit our financial goals.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a related trade.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Communication: Strong English communication skills and top-tier customer service abilities.
Physicality: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when duty calls.
