Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in helping prospective residents find their next home, assisting current residents, and supporting community occupancy goals.
Responsibilities:
Greet and warmly assist prospective residents during visits

Answer incoming phone calls and address prospective/current resident inquiries
Conduct engaging apartment tours for potential renters
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently
Complete and manage all leasing paperwork and contracts
Consistently follow up with prospects to close leasing leads
Assist current residents with requests, questions, and concerns
Maintain organized and up-to-date leasing records
Support property marketing efforts and drive overall community occupancy
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
