Job Description:

We are searching for a full time direct hire Manufactured Home Property Manager in New Oxford, PA

Responsibilities:

• Manage two properties in Dillsburg and Gettysburg

Education: High School

• high school degree required

Experience: 48 months

• Have 4 years of property management experience
• Experience with marketing a major plus
• Experienced with eviction process and understand related court processes

Skills:

• Understand Yardi or similar system used in tracking tenant information
• Be a strong problem resolver
• Understand Fair Housing Laws
• Have a keen eye for detail around property inspections and property standards
