Spherion Lebanon is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Legal Administrative Assistant position in Myerstown, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

• Temporary to Hire
• Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM 1 hour lunch
• Friday 8 AM - 4 PM 1 hour lunch
• Assist lawyers, phones, filing  
• Preparing legal documents 

Responsibilities:

• Phones, filing, greeting clients, scheduling appointments. 
• Researching legal precedent. Conduct research to support a legal proceedings.
• Prep estate plans.
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
• Gather and analyze research data. 
• Direct and coordinate law office activity. 
• Prepare affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing system.
• File pleadings with court clerk.

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months
