Spherion is hiring a Legal Associate in Indianapolis, IN.
M-F 8am-5pm - this is a hybrid position with 3 days required in the office per week
Responsibilities:
-Providing legal support under direct supervision of experienced legal counsel
-Assist in a variety of assigned projects by performing routine legal review

-Performs legal research and analysis no complex issues
-Identifies legal solutions and recommendations to legal counsel
-Develops professional experience and acquires knowledge about the business
-Manage the MOU process end-to-end for the enterprise
-Help standardize and automate the process
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Experience with standard legal concepts and procedures
Education:
Bachelors
