Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent
Location: Breaux Bridge, LA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy selection, sales presentations, and coverage options.
Maintain active customer relationships by handling policy updates, account inquiries, and billing questions.Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand coverage for existing policyholders.
Maintain complete accuracy and compliance with state insurance guidelines and agency standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred: Life & Health Insurance License is a major plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and excellent computer literacy.
Screening: Candidates may be required to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
