Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-quality customer experience through responsive, professional, and clear communication across both verbal and written channels.
Handle incoming customer inquiries, service requests, quote support, and appointment coordination.
Conduct outbound calling, navigate initial customer hesitation or rejection, and proactively build relationships.
Accurately document customer information, interactions, notes, and task lists within CRM and agency systems.
Manage a high volume of daily tasks with urgency, strong attention to detail, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Identify opportunities during service and sales interactions to expand customer coverage and guide clients toward informed decisions.
Assist teammates with support tasks and collaborate effectively to support overall agency success.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, coverage basics, terminology, and agency workflows.
System Familiarity: Experience working with CRM applications, agency systems, and documentation standards.
Advanced Communication: Experience with needs-based conversations, advanced objection handling, cold outreach, and relationship building.
Workflow Optimization: Proven ability in task prioritization, customer follow-up cadences, and managing quoting workflows.

Active Insurance License: Currently possess an active insurance license (or have the ability to obtain one immediately).

Task Management & Detail Orientation: Strong detail management skills with proven consistency handling a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Sales & Service Resilience: Experience in sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles requiring persistence, self-motivation, and comfort handling rejection.
