Responsibilities:
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Adhere to standard work processes and production schedules
Support plant initiatives and participate in continuous improvement activities
Handle ingredients/products safely, especially those containing allergens
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Report any issues or deviations promptly to maintain operational efficiency
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S methodologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food manufacturing
Familiarity with allergen handling procedures beyond basic awareness
Ability to contribute ideas for process improvements
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
