Pay: $18.30-$19.80/hr
Available Shifts:
We have a unique schedule that allows for every other weekend off. Work 12 hours shifts, 3 days one week, 4 days the next!
Day Shift: 8 am to 8 pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on and 3 off)
Night Shift: 8 pm to 8 am (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on and 3 off)
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic production tasks including loading cores onto the core table, labeling, lifting, and packaging finished stretch film rolls.
- Cut, weigh, and record scrap materials accurately. Begin training on pulling trim and threading the lines.
- Learn how to inspect roll quality visually, removing any rolls that do not meet established standards. Gain an understanding of roll weight and practice weighing rolls and/or boxes accurately.
- Train on the safe and efficient use of manual and electric pallet jacks to move completed skids.
- Prepare products for shipment by setting up skids with packaging materials and organizing finished rolls into trays or boxes.
- Begin learning how to complete quality control paperwork correctly and understand its purpose in the production process.
- Assist in maintaining continuous line operation throughout the shift.
- Keep the work area clean and organized; ensure the production line is ready for the next shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
