Responsibilities:
Case Management: Efficiently manage a heavy volume of documents and a complex caseload from inception through trial.
E-Discovery: Lead the e-discovery process, including data collection, processing, and review using advanced platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, or similar).
Drafting: Prepare high-quality drafts of pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas for attorney review.
Construction Niche: Review and analyze architectural plans, engineering reports, and construction contracts to assist in building technical case chronologies.
Trial Prep: Organize trial exhibits, prepare witness binders, and manage logistics for depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience specifically within Construction Defect or Professional Liability litigation.
Advanced certification in E-Discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw).
Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and engineering schematics.
College or Associate's Degree preferred or applicable working experience

Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically within Insurance Defense (P&C).
Specialized Knowledge: Proven background in Architectural Engineering or Construction litigation is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-discovery platforms, and legal document management systems.
Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines with minimal supervision.
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
