Responsibilities:
In this vital role, you will support the litigation process by managing the efficient, day-to-day progression of multiple cases. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting your primary attorney through all stages of the litigation process.
Conducting thorough legal research and drafting key legal documents.
Managing and organizing comprehensive case files and evidence.
Assisting directly with discovery, trial preparation, and handling court filings.
Coordinating seamlessly with clients and witnesses to gather vital information.
Preparing professional exhibits and trial binders to ensure courtroom readiness.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience working as a primary partner or dedicated support to a single attorney.
Strong familiarity with local Naples and regional Florida court systems.

Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting the litigation process, managing legal documents, and handling discovery.
Hands-on experience with court filings, organizing evidence, and preparing trial binders.
High level of organization and sharp attention to detail to meet strict legal deadlines.
