We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Logistics Operations Manager to serve as the primary architect for our customer's shipping journeys. In this "cradle-to-grave" role, you will be the single point of contact for clients, managing the entire lifecycle of import, export, and domestic shipments-from the initial quotation through to final billing.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Coordination: Act as the sole point of contact for customers, managing quotations, bookings, tracking, and final invoicing.
Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate seamless logistics by coordinating with customs brokers, warehouses, truckers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transit documents, customs clearances, and export filings (including AES and ISF) are processed accurately and released on time.
Documentation & Data Entry: Quickly prepare arrival notices and confirm key milestones (departure, arrival, PODs) within CargoWise and other shipping applications.
Financial Oversight: Manage billing accuracy, evaluate vendor fees, and assist with P&L reporting to ensure healthy profit margins.
Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor operations staff while developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to client needs.
Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and implement rapid, effective solutions.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills; must be highly comfortable handling high-volume phone and email communication.
Minimum of 5 years in NVOCC operations at a supervisory or managerial level.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Strong grasp of Incoterms, commercial invoice requirements, and Export Compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Air and Ocean modes for both Import and Export.
Expertise in CargoWise is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and 10-key typing is required.
