Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
Set up machines, adjust tooling, and perform basic machine maintenance
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper tolerances
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Operate CNC turret press equipment to punch, form, and process sheet metal components
Set up machines, select tooling, and adjust parameters for efficient production
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper tolerances
Perform basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CNC turret press experience required
Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
Ability to read measurements, use calipers, and perform basic shop math
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new processes and grow with a fast?paced operation
