Responsibilities:
Operate CNC turret press machines to punch, form, and process sheet metal components according to production specifications.

Set up machines, select tooling, load programs, and adjust parameters for efficient and accurate operation.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure correct part production.

Inspect parts throughout the process to verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall quality.

Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor material usage, identify defects, and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Work closely with fabrication, quality, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.

Document production counts, scrap, and machine adjustments accurately in logs or ERP systems.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to understand and speak spanish a plus

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of CNC turret press experience required

Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes

Ability to read measurements, use calipers, and perform basic shop math

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift

Reliable attendance and great work ethic

Willingness to learn new processes and grow with a fast?paced operation
