Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Programming: Calibrate and program automated SMT pick-and-place machinery according to specific client PCB schematics and design parameters.
Material Loading & Feeding: Accurately load and track component reels, matrix trays, solder paste, and flux into feeders, ensuring correct placement and alignment before launching production runs.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude
Electronics or related certifications or degrees

Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience operating SMT equipment or working within an electronics assembly/manufacturing environment is preferred (though training will be provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude).
Detail-Oriented: A strict eye for quality control and precision as you will be working with very small parts.
