As a Machine Operator & Material Handler, you will assist with machine operation, material movement, assembly, shipping and receiving, and quality inspections. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. No previous manufacturing experience is required???training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently after completing company training.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Perform assembly and production tasks while meeting quality standards.
Move materials throughout the facility using proper material handling procedures.
Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory transactions.
Inspect parts and finished products using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
Read work instructions, production documents, and blueprints when applicable.
Record production and inventory information using the company's ERP system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds and use material handling equipment when needed.

Skills:
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience.
Machine operator experience.
Material handling experience.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Experience using calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
Experience working in fast-paced production environments.
Experience as a cook or dishwasher in commercial kitchens is a plus.
Familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
Education:
High School

Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
Ability to use or learn measuring tools such as tape measures.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime when needed.
