As a Machine Operator / Material Handler, you will be at the heart of the production process. You'll be responsible for keeping the lines moving efficiently, managing raw materials, and ensuring that every piece of packaging meets the high-quality standards our global clients expect.
The "2-2-3" Rotating Schedule
We operate on a 2-2-3 schedule (7:00 - 7:00). This means you work 2 days, off 2 days, and work 3 days (alternating weekends).
Shift Rotation: To ensure team balance, the schedule rotates from Days to Nights every 28 days.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.
Career Path: This is a Temp-to-Perm role with a clear path to becoming a full-time employee with the manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor high-speed packaging machinery to meet daily production targets.
Feed raw materials into machines and remove finished products for palletizing.
Perform frequent quality checks to ensure products meet exact specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP).
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Commitment: Absolute understanding of the importance of attendance and punctuality.
Flexibility: Full commitment to the rotating schedule (Days to Nights every 28 days).
Logistics: Must have reliable transportation to the Perry, GA facility.
Safety & Hygiene: In compliance with safety and food-grade packaging regulations, candidates must not have fake nails or eyelash extensions.
