Machine Operator

Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you'll be a key part of our production team. Your main responsibilities will be to safely and efficiently operate high-powered production machinery, which includes handling, packaging, and moving materials. You'll also conduct routine quality inspections to ensure all products meet our high standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols are also crucial parts of this role. You'll participate in on-the-job training and company-led safety programs to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm environment
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
1-3 years of prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
Experience in a production or food manufacturing setting is a plus
Familiarity with GMPs and food safety protocols
