Operate machinery and package parts to meet exacting quality and production standards for medical devices. This may involve a group of machines or a single manually attended machine.Collaborate with other operators to maintain and enhance the working environment, ensuring it meets medical device manufacturing standards.Maintain meticulous documentation and paperwork to support all production activities.Actively seek and obtain training from Supervisors, Set-up personnel, and Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience across all aspects of the operation.Work closely with the Quality department personnel to ensure a comprehensive understanding and consistent adherence to current quality standards for medical devices.Maintain impeccable housekeeping and safety within your work areas.Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work in all assigned areas to meet demanding customer requirements.Visually inspect products for common defects and package parts precisely according to operator instructions.Adhere to the Quality Policy and Core Values of the organization without exception.Ability to work overtime as needed.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience.High school diploma or GED.
Ability to learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of quality, safety, and process knowledge, particularly within a medical device manufacturing context.Capable of working effectively with team members.Must be self-motivated.Ability to visually inspect product for common defects and pack parts per operator instructions.Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, use tools, and perform repetitive actions including frequent bending and stooping.Capable of exerting up to 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, 25 to 50 pounds occasionally, and 50 to 100 pounds minimally to move objects.Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.Required use of personal protective equipment (e.g., ear plugs, safety glasses) and strict adherence to good manufacturing practices.
