Pay Rate:
1st shift $19/hr
3rd shift $20/hr

Willingness to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
Flexibility to transfer to 3rd shift as needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure efficient production, high-quality products, and a safe work environment. Your duties will include:
Operating and starting up thermoforming machines and annex equipment efficiently.
Packaging products according to specifications.
Solving production issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Setting up and adjusting reels, machines, and peripherals.
Finishing goods for internal transport.
Preparing raw materials/unprocessed materials for transport and storage.
Checking production according to recipe/specifications.
Operating automation systems, if applicable.
Providing support in Extrusion, including sheet rolling and extrusion measurement.
Managing the thermo grinder, which involves changing grinding components and stocking.
Handling the transport of full and empty waste baskets, as well as full and empty goat foil.
Adding auxiliary materials as needed.
Providing coverage for personnel in thermoforming during breaks.
Accurately labeling boxes and ensuring proper product identification.
Completing production cards and quality control forms.
Checking product quality, reporting any issues, and working to resolve them, ensuring full traceability.
Cleaning the work environment and emptying dirt trays to maintain cleanliness standards.
Ensuring compliance with US and International quality safety standards, regulations, and hygiene instructions.
Reporting unsafe situations immediately.
Consistently exercising safe operation procedures for all equipment and tasks.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Experience with thermoforming machines.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues independently.
Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Prior Machine Operator experience is a must.
Strong technical aptitude, including basic computer skills.
Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Lima, Ohio.
A proven record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM ??? 3:30 PM).
Flexibility to transfer to 3rd shift as needed based on business demands.
Must be available for an in-person interview with our management team.
