* Shift: Nights (7:30 PM - 6:00 AM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break
* Pay: $18.40/hr
Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a controlled cleanroom environment, producing critical Bioprocess Containers. You'll be a vital part of the manufacturing process, ensuring our products are made with the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Operate machinery and use a variety of tools, including assembly hand tools, calculators, and measuring tools.
* Manufacture, assemble, and package products by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and blueprints.
* Perform quality inspections and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the process.
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
* Previous production or manufacturing experience (2 years is preferred, but not required).
* Experience operating powered machinery or hand tools.
* Familiarity with Lean or Continuous Improvement principles (e.g., 5S).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Great verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to read and understand written instructions, including words, pictures, and numbers.
* Consistent track record of following policies and meeting goals, both as an individual and as part of a team.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and infrequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated cleanroom environment.
