Responsibilities:
Operate Production Machinery: Set up, run, and monitor continuous roll-forming mills, cut-off presses, and automated metal-shaping equipment.

Material Loading & Handling: Safely load, position, and feed coiled sheet metal into the mill, and assist with unloading and staging finished parts.

Monitor & Adjust Operations: Track machine performance during runs, make basic alignment or speed adjustments, and pause operations immediately if defects or safety hazards arise.

Maintain Accurate Logs: Document hourly production rates, quality checks, scrap material, and machine downtime using computer interfaces or tracking sheets.

Routine Equipment Care: Perform basic preventative maintenance, applying lubricants, and keeping rollers clean and debris-free.

Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all OSHA and plant safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace (5S rules), and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Roll-Forming & Metal Fabrication Experience: Prior experience running continuous roll-forming mills, tube mills, or metal-stamping equipment would be great

Precision Measurement & Blueprint Reading: Familiarity reading drawings/blueprints and using precision inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures.

Machine Troubleshooting: Practical knowledge of basic mechanical setups, adjusting rollers/guides, or navigating machine HMI touchscreen controllers.

Safety & Workplace Standards: Understanding of general manufacturing safety protocols (OSHA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and clean workplace practices (5S).

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Manufacturing or Machine Operation Experience: At least 6???12 months of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, or machine operation environment.

Tape Measure & Basic Math Proficiency: Proven ability to read a standard tape measure accurately (down to 1/16th of an inch) and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Physical Capability & Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for an entire 8-hour shift, bend, twist, and safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Dependable Attendance & Punctuality: A reliable track record of attendance with the ability to arrive ready to work for a prompt 7:00 AM start time.

Safety Mindset: Willingness to strictly follow all plant safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves) at all times.
