1st Shift: Morning/Daytime
2nd Shift: Afternoon/Evening
Overnight Shift: Late Night/Early Morning
Compensation & Location
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: North Mankato, MN
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate high-speed printing or finishing equipment.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure all printed materials meet strict quality standards and client specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or paper jams to keep production moving.
Material Handling: Load paper, ink, and supplies into machines and move finished products to the staging area.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Prior experience in the commercial printing industry.
Mechanical aptitude or experience using basic hand tools.
Comfort using digital interfaces or computer-controlled machinery.
Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of an 8???10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow complex instructions and spot small errors in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with team leads and shift changes.
