Role Highlights
-$22/hr
-1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM)
-Contract to hire
-Option for a 3 day weekend every week with 2nd shift
-Stable full time schedule with competitive hourly pay
What You Will Do
-Set up, adjust, and calibrate production machinery and tooling according to job specifications
-Perform first piece inspections to ensure fastener dimensions and tolerances meet quality standards
-Troubleshoot equipment adjustments and make operational tweaks during active production runs
-Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep machinery running at peak efficiency
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all shop safety protocols
What You Will Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in machine setup, tooling, or advanced machine operation
-Mechanical aptitude and comfort using precision measuring tools like micrometers or calipers
-Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions accurately
-Physical ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds
