What You'll Do
-Run rotational molding machines to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
-Work collaboratively with your team to assemble and dismantle production molds.
-Remove molded parts from molds, monitor part temperatures, and perform mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging.
-Use feedback from Trimmers to drive process improvements, reduce scrap, and improve overall productivity.
-Maintain continuity across shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs in production/quality logs.
-Adhere to safety procedures, company 6S requirements, and keep a clean, orderly workspace.
What You Bring to the Role
-Ability to perform simple math and measurements accurately.
-High attention to detail, strong self-motivation, and multitasking skills.
-Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Excellent teamwork skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
-Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently.
-High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
-Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
