Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance teams and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Manage facility utilities, building systems, and infrastructure.
Drive equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Lead capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure OSHA, NFPA, environmental, and safety compliance.
Recruit, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
AutoCAD experience and Licensed Electrician certification are preferred.

Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, utilities, and CMMS/ERP systems.
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
