We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our technician crew and keep our facility running efficiently. You'll be the bridge between the floor and the front office; managing work orders, keeping an eye on the budget, and making sure our equipment stays reliable and OSHA-compliant. We need a natural leader who can juggle a fast-paced schedule, cut down on downtime, and keep the team focused on hitting our KPIs. Must be open to either day shift or night shift.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and issue work orders to team members for equipment PMs or corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all PM schedules are met in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team.
- Track and improve machine downtime, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage team of maintenance technicians, including training and tracking KPIs.
- Monitor monthly maintenance budget and drive cost savings.
Working hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
- Microsoft Office and/or SAP proficiency preferred.
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.

Experience:
10+ years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management (or related field), *OR* 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics & Hydraulics, Injection Molding in the packaging or plastics industry.
- Leadership experience in operations and/ or maintenance, including managing people.
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA guidelines for a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
