Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Support and manage the preventative maintenance program at the local facility to optimize equipment longevity.
Scheduling & Downtime: Coordinate maintenance scheduling and monitor machine downtime to maximize efficiency while maintaining safe work practices.
Technical Support: Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide hands-on technical support to facility maintenance personnel.
System Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the PDM system, including troubleshooting issues, software updates, and hardware installations.
Strategic Analysis: Partner with the General Manager to provide equipment analysis and recommend actionable, cost-effective courses of action for machine operations.
CAPEX & Project Management: Execute CAPEX projects and initiatives within approved budgets and timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Leadership: Direct, train, and develop maintenance employees to install, maintain, and repair equipment while promoting good housekeeping and safe practices.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Education: A 4-year college degree is preferred.
Automation: A background in automation systems is highly desirable.
Safety Credentials: Documented OSHA safety training and/or formal safety accreditation.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with applicable federal and state laws pertaining to wage and hour regulations, employee relations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of previous maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural production, or distribution facility.
Environment: Proven experience working within multiple high-volume, 24-hour production/warehouse environments.
Safety Leadership: Solid background in safety program management.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated aptitude in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications, with the ability to overcome large, complex integration system challenges.
Project & Process Management: Experience in process development with a proven record of balancing cost, quality, and performance, alongside the ability to develop and manage project plans with a budget.
Team Development: Proven ability to build, develop, and lead an effective team within a high-volume, round-the-clock environment.
Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional on-time decision-making abilities, and strong planning/organizational skills.
Software & Tools: Computer literacy, including proficiency in standard business applications within the Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible schedules and hours to support operational needs.
