We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform plant maintenance and repair operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining production equipment, supervising maintenance-related functions, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.

Perform and supervise all safety, plant maintenance, and repair functionsJ
Conduct preventive maintenance on plant machinery and document all work performed
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
Perform minor repairs on molds and inserts
Replace parts and motors on machines; rewire machines and motors as needed
Build, fabricate, and weld frames or components for machinery
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and supplies
Operate production machines and provide coverage in manufacturing when needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout and plant safety procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Forklift certification preferred

High School

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Plant and production machinery (manufacturing environment)
Motors, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems
Welding and fabrication (frames, supports, repairs)
Preventive and reactive maintenance workflows
Maintenance documentation and work orders
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and repair
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Welding experience required
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff
Computer skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment
Physical requirements per attached specifications
