Experience:

Qualifications:
3+ years experience in property maintenance or a technical field (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), groundskeeping or landscaping, and construction.

Walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Willing to use/learn basic technology.
Complete duties with minimal supervision.
Manage inventory.
Adhere to safety regulations.
