maintenance technician ( direct hire) .

• 1st shift starts at 7am
• Between $17.50-$25/hr BOE
• NEED years of experience
• local Erie location 

Requirements: 

• Needs to know plumbing , and 3-5 years of Maintenance experience 
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.      
• Must possess general math skills.      
• Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 35 (thirty-five) pounds on a continuous basis.      
• Must be capable of working on their feet and sustained physical exertion for the duration of their shift.   
• Must have a working knowledge of chemistry and how it relates to the plating process      
• Must be willing to work overtime including weekends if necessary.      
• Must be willing to work any shift.      
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally using the English language.      
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.      
• Must be capable of working within the quality system currently used by KPW.      
• Must be willing to work with and be exposed to hazardous chemicals in relation to the plating and waste treatment processes.      
• Must be willing to accept responsibility for and also enforce working in a safe manner in accordance with KPW and OSHA safety and health rules.      
• Must be able to properly wear a respirator.      
• Must be able to perform all the functions of the waste treatment technician in his absence. Must be familiar with Hazardous Materials rules and regulations.            
• Must have general PC knowledge
