1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:45 p.m. – 2:15 a.m.
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
St. Peter, MN
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery, including relays, motors, position sensors, and circuit boards.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Electrical Maintenance: Repair or replace electrical components such as transformers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Fabrication: Use metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to repair broken parts or fabricate custom solutions.
Equipment Commissioning: Assist in the setup, leveling, and commissioning of new machinery and robotic equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of work orders, parts inventory, and machine status using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with OSHA standards and company quality protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, climbing) for extended periods.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
