This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, variety, and being part of a team that jumps in where needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, some HVAC background, and the ability to troubleshoot and replace controls components.
This position offers compensation of up to $25/hour, based on experience, along with first shift (6am-2:30pm) hours, limited overtime, very rare on call expectations, and a full range of benefits.

This is a balanced maintenance role with approximately 50 percent mechanical and 50 percent electrical work. Landscaping and heavy tow motor repairs are contracted out, allowing this person to focus more directly on equipment maintenance, facility support, controls troubleshooting, HVAC support, preventative maintenance, and hands on repair work.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility and production related equipment.
• Support both mechanical and electrical maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and replace controls components, including Allen Bradley systems.
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment issues, repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make adjustments.
• Support preventative maintenance on shop machines, equipment, and facility needs.
• Assist with routine tow motor maintenance while larger repairs are handled by outside vendors.
• Perform basic fabrication, welding, soldering, and repair work as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Report to the Shop Supervisor and help support daily maintenance needs across the team.
What We're Looking For
• Prior maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, facility, equipment, or shop environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Some HVAC background or related hands on exposure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and replace controls components.
• Allen Bradley experience is preferred.
• PLC programming or editing experience is not required.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance experience is helpful.
• Basic fabrication, welding, or soldering experience is strongly preferred.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in where needed.
• Dependable, hands on, and comfortable supporting a variety of maintenance needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate will be a well rounded Maintenance Technician who is comfortable working across both mechanical and electrical maintenance. This person does not need to be a PLC programmer, but should be able to troubleshoot controls, identify issues, replace components, and support equipment uptime.
