This Client is seeking a hands-on, multi-craft Maintenance Technician to support their truss manufacturing operation. This fast-paced role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime while working closely with operations teams.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on industrial equipment.
Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems.
Equipment Support: Maintain saws, presses, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings, and other production machinery.
Projects: Assist with equipment upgrades, new installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with production and maintenance personnel to improve uptime and overall reliability.
Safety: Maintain a safe and highly organized work environment at all times
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Skills:
General: Prior industrial, manufacturing, or multi-craft maintenance experience.
Electrical: Troubleshooting 480V 3-phase electrical systems; reading schematics and troubleshooting electrical control systems; VFD and basic PLC troubleshooting.
Mechanical: Motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings, and mechanical power transmission systems.
Fluid Power: Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
Bonus: Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Autonomy: Ability to troubleshoot independently and make sound repair decision
