Responsibilities:
Maximize Uptime: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform rapid emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for fabrication and assembly equipment to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
Facility Support: Maintain building systems and grounds, and manage shop areas, tool inventories, and spare parts stocks.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the point of contact to schedule outside contractors for specialized, non-routine repairs.
Safety Leadership: Strictly comply with and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined spaces, and safe heavy machinery operation.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Advanced troubleshooting credentials or specialized electrical certifications.
Experience designing and implementing brand-new preventative maintenance tracking systems.
Prior background in cross-functional team collaboration within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 3?4 years of hands-on experience in production equipment repair.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Certifications & Equipment: Proven ability to safely operate a forklift, scissor lift, and cranes.
Safety Standards: Solid understanding of OSHA safety protocols and guidelines.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, use precision hand tools, and comfortably lift over 50 lbs.
Core Attributes: Punctual, coachable, highly detail-oriented, and driven by a strong sense of urgency.
