Set up, adjust and perform changeovers on automated packaging systems such as cartoners, case packers, flow wrappers, labelers and palletizers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Interface PLCs and HMIs to diagnose I/O faults and ensure accurate equipment function.
Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and ladder logic.
Working hours: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
Skills:
Associates degree in electromechanical technology, mechatronics, or equivalent hands on experience.
Experience with industrial robotics ABB or FANUC a plus!

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years working with automated packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLCs.
Knowledge of servo motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, encoders and pneumatics.
Solid mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, gearboxes and drive systems.
Familiarity with root cause analysis and lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen)
