Responsibilities:
Mechanical & Electrical Mastery: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Rapid Response: Lead reactionary maintenance with a calm, analytical approach, swiftly repairing machines and equipment to get them back online safely. Precision Restorations: Expertly repair or replace faulty components, keeping our machinery performing at OEM standards. Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute routine PM schedules across all production equipment, building systems, and grounds to prevent issues before they start. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain parts and supplies inventories so the team always has the right tools for the job. Pride in Your Workspace: Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout your shift, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for everyone. Tool & Die Expertise: Utilize your advanced skills to fabricate, modify, and repair most types of tool, die, and fixture jobs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, problem solver who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and digital coordination. ERP & Software Experience: Having a solid foundation in SAP (or a similar ERP system) is needed. CMMS Experience: You can easily log, track, and manage work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) quickly and accurately. Sharp Math Skills: You???re comfortable with practical math???whether you're working with percentages, ratios, rates, or mixing fractions and decimals, you can accurately calculate what's needed on the fly. Analytical Mindset: You can readily interpret technical documents, from crucial safety rules and procedure manuals to operating and maintenance instructions. Tool Pros: You are adept and confident using a variety of hand tools to get the job done safely and efficiently. Comfortable troubleshooting industrial machinery.
