Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, and HVAC issues in accordance with safety policies and SOPs.
Minimize Downtime: Proactively investigate equipment issues and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Maintain Systems: Oversee high-volume conveying systems, motors, water systems, and industrial washers.
Inventory & Tool Management: Secure, manage, and recommend purchasing for spare parts, hand tools, and power equipment.
Leadership & Collaboration: Assist the Maintenance Lead with efficiency projects and help oversee or review the work of lower-level technicians.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Specialized Systems: Previous experience working with large-volume industrial washers and water filtration/treatment systems.
Mechanical Trades: Background in welding, pipe installation/repair, and heating or boiler units.
Inventory Control: Experience establishing or maintaining purchasing and tool inventory controls.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in general machine operations, industrial facility maintenance, and high-volume conveying systems.
Electrical Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical maintenance and PLC controls troubleshooting.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of industrial motors and general facility maintenance (including forklifts, doors, and building systems).
Shift Flexibility: Absolute availability to work the designated third-shift schedule.
