Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems to support both production and non-production related equipment in accordance with established standards. Assist maintenance manager with equipment calibrations, programmable device configurations and systems hardware to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, minimize equipment downtime and support improvement activities for productivity and yield enhancement.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
Working knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, repair and programming.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical P&ID drawings, and applied knowledge operating systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and abilities to analyze a wide variety of equipment troubleshoot problems and assess maintenance needs. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
