We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep production running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, support equipment reliability initiatives, and partner with plant leadership to minimize downtime and improve overall performance.

What You'll Do:
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for both production and non-production equipment
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with equipment calibrations, programmable device configurations, and systems hardware to minimize downtime and improve reliability
- Recommend and enforce maintenance safety requirements and plant policies
- Coordinate and maintain inventories of commonly used maintenance items to maximize storage efficiency
- Generate daily work logs to track work orders and the status of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to improve preventative and predictive maintenance processes
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or equivalent experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to analyze equipment, troubleshoot problems, and assess maintenance needs
- Working knowledge of electrical circuits, as well as PLC troubleshooting, repair, and programming
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical P&ID drawings, with applied knowledge of operating systems up to 3-phase and 480VAC
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, multitasking, and communication skills
- Associates degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field, journeyman certification, or previous experience in a highly technical manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, measurement devices, aerial work platforms (AWP), and various hand and power tools preferred
