Responsibilities:
Equipment Reliability: Support all predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for facility equipment and infrastructure.
Safety & Environment: Prioritize the safety of the team and maintain a clean, organized 5S working environment.
Operational Excellence: Provide daily support to Manufacturing Operations to ensure all machinery runs at defined rates with zero malfunctions.
Training: Train and certify operators to ensure equipment is handled with safety, quality, and efficiency.
Inventory & Standards: Manage spare parts purchasing and inventory while ensuring all maintenance meets manufacturer and industry standards.
Strategy & Planning: Develop TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs and monitor weekly/monthly KPIs to manage operations with excellence.
Continuous Improvement: Lead kaizens and special projects to improve facility processes

Skills:
Industrial Maintenance Experience: Proven track record in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions in production machinery to ensure they hit defined output rates.
Safety & 5S Knowledge: Deep understanding of workplace safety and the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean environment.

Qualifications:
Continuous Improvement Background: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen projects to improve facility processes.
KPI Management: Experience monitoring and reporting on maintenance KPIs (like Mean Time Between Failures or Repair Time) to manage operations.
Technical Certification: A degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
