*MSP Environment Experience: Prior experience specifically working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred to handle the fast-paced, multi-client nature of the role.*Fortinet Products (Strong Plus): Hands-on experience with Fortinet systems, including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.*Technical Certifications: Relevant industry certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, CompTIA, or Ubiquiti.*Infrastructure Deployment: Experience with physical network deployments and infrastructure installations.
