Year 1 (Management Trainee/Staffing Consultant):$45,000 to over $60,000 (Base + Commission)
Year 4 (Staffing Consultant Manager):$60,000 - $120,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)

This hands-on, structured program develops the comprehensive skills needed to run a successful business unit:
Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Building candidate pipelines, advanced interviewing techniques, and on-premise management for major clients.
Sales & Business Development: Mastering both retail sales (acquiring local accounts) and strategic sales (securing large business partnerships) to drive market share growth.
Finance & Profitability: Active participation in forecasting, budgeting, understanding P&L, contract schedules, and cost control.
Leadership & Management: Leading, coaching, and developing team members, problem-solving, and fostering a high-performance culture.
We seek candidates whose profile demonstrates the drive and grit required to be Resourceful and successful in this accelerated track:
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven success in a results-driven role, such as:
Sales or high-level customer service.
Leadership (e.g., collegiate athletics, club leadership, volunteer work).
Commitment: Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule (outside of the standing 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday) to meet customer needs and support your growth.
Mobility: A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Contingencies: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required for employment.
